1. Perishable Food Items
All frozen meal purchases are final sale and non-returnable.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives with issues, please email us at info@ahalalkitchen.com and include:

Once verified, we’ll either resend your order or issue a refund or credit, depending on your preference.
3. Missing Deliveries or Shipping Delays
If your package hasn’t arrived as expected:

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them — after that, we may already be processing your shipment and cannot guarantee cancellation.
